There have been so many emotions, goodbyes, and fun times over this summer. I feel incredibly blessed to have so many family and friends shower me with love. I am so thankful for all of my financial supporters who have already fully funded me (If anyone would still like to donate, not all of my team members are fully funded and I know they would appreciate the help- its all the same mission)

Thank you so much to everyone who helped me prepare for launch and to everyone who has supported me emotionally and spiritually.

I was so blessed to have both my mom and dad join me for launch in Georgia.

One thing I kept hearing from people is something along the lines of, “What you are doing is so cool, but I could never do it even though I wish I could.”

Honestly, I couldn’t do it either. Its hard and frankly probably no easier for me to do it than it would be for you. The point is I am accepting God’s grace and strength to do things I didn’t think I could do. And He gives this gift freely to anyone who asks for it. If you need strength, ask God for it. If you need grace, He has already given it to you. Ive found the hard part is actually accepting His help and admitting that I am actually a hot mess if I try to do anything alone.

So if you are being called to something but are shying away because you cant. Know that you cant do it, but then trust God to do it for you and START.

Thats where my life is at right now and I have never been so confident in my life that I was doing the right thing. “I” could never do the world race but here I am already launched and soon boarding a plane to Guatemala AND SO SO EXCITED!!

Sending Love and Joy,

Jackson

  1. Jack,

We are so excited to follow along your journey these next 11 months. We are praying for you and can’t wait to see how God uses this time to draw you closer to HIM. Keep your amazing free spirit and know that you are in the safety and protection of our almighty Father. Sending you all our love and prayers!!

  2. I love this: “I am accepting God’s grace and strength to do things I didn’t think I could do.” It’s your own personal Second Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” I’m so excited to see all He does in and through you on the journey ahead.

  3. Thanks for saying YES to God’s calling, Jack. You’re a gift to K-squad. I’m so excited to run alongside you for this journey and beyond. See you soon!!
